We proudly import and distribute fresh, wild caught, blue crab. Taking advantage of daily flights allows us to maximize shelf life and maintain the highest quality.
OUR PROCESS
With several plants strategically located around the coast of Lake Maracaibo we are able to ensure season long production. Our blue crab is then hand picked and flown into Miami FL daily where it is treated with HPP and ready for distribution.
