- What we do: import and distribute authentic blue crab meat (Callinectes sapidus) and a complete line of seafood.
- Source: blue crab processed at plants around Lake Maracaibo, Venezuela, with main products from the Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Venezuela.
- Process: wild-caught live crabs, steam-cooked and handpicked, flown daily to Miami and treated with high-pressure processing (HPP).
- Office: 1500 Weston Road Suite 207, Weston, Florida.
- Ground transportation: for seafood shipments from Florida to the Northeast and across the United States we work with ACE Total Logistics.
